A Cultural Experience

I have lived in Arkansas for close to four years now and always successfully avoided Bikes, Blues & BBQ... until now.  Last weekend I went with Susan and Eric and their friend Brit to BBB in Fayetteville.  I think the name is pretty self explanatory but there were still a few surprises.  First, it is common practice for biker and stripper wear to be told in tents on the street.  This makes for some great shopping.  Second, despite the mass quantities of alcohol and questionable dancing, the music is a cross between rock/blues and GOSPEL.  The concert that we wandered into in the beer garden was in essence, a drunken worship service.

Like I said, a cultural experience. 

Overall, a very fun night of friends, food and music!
